Fulfillment & Payments
You ship from your own stock in Israel. Payments settle in ILS — zero commission, zero deposit.
Before you onboard: sign with a tracking carrier
Currently available carriers include HFD, Kexpress and Teleport. You arrange the carrier contract yourself; AliExpress does not arrange shipping for you. After shipping, enter the tracking number in the seller dashboard so AliExpress can retrieve tracking updates and show them to the customer.
In the AliExpress Direct (GSP) model, you fulfill orders from your local stock in Israel and arrange shipping yourself. AliExpress does not ship your orders. After shipping, enter the tracking number; the platform retrieves tracking updates and displays them to the customer.
The Order Lifecycle
- Customer places an order on AliExpress
- You declare shipment within 2 business days (mandatory)
- Your signed carrier (HFD / Kexpress / Teleport) picks up within 1 business day of declaration
- After shipping, enter the tracking number in the AliExpress seller dashboard. The platform retrieves shipment updates and displays them to the customer.
- Customer receives the product
- Customer confirms receipt — the 15-day payout countdown starts
- Funds are released to your bank account in ILS
How Fulfillment Works
- You store stock in Israel and ship every order yourself — from your own warehouse or your own 3PL arrangement.

- Shipping and dispute responsibilities After the customer submits a complaint, AliExpress arbitrates the dispute. If AliExpress determines that the seller is at fault, the seller bears the corresponding responsibility.
Payment Terms

- Settlement cycle: 15 days after the customer confirms receipt (T+15)
- Commission: 0% — you keep the full sale price
- Deposit: 0 — Israeli local entity sellers pay no deposit
- Bank account: must be in the registered company name

Performance Rules
- Failure to declare shipment within 2 business days = monetary penalty
- Failure to confirm carrier pickup within 1 business day = monetary penalty
- High Not-Received Rate (NR) triggers automatic enforcement
- Line freezes: 3 violations in 12 months = permanent freeze
- All penalties have appeal channels through the seller dashboard
Customer payment and invoicing
- Customers pay using the payment methods currently available on AliExpress. This concerns customer payment, not the seller payout cycle.
- The seller issues the invoice. AliExpress does not participate in issuing it.
