The 5-Step Onboarding Process
- 1. Register & Choose Business Mode Select 'AliExpress Direct (GSP)' as your business mode. Choose Hebrew, Arabic, English, or Russian for the interface.
- 2. Submit Entity Information Provide your company registration, tax information, and primary director details. Some markets require face verification for the primary director.
- 3. Set Up Your Store Add your store name, logo, and operational details (such as prior e-commerce experience on other platforms).
- 4. Deposit (Israeli Sellers: Exempt) Israeli local entity sellers are NOT required to pay a deposit. This is a unique benefit for the Israel market.
- 5. Wait for Review Platform review typically completes within several business days. You'll receive an email notification upon approval.
Document Preparation Tips
- All documents must be clear, complete, with all four corners visible
- Information on documents must match form entries exactly (punctuation, spacing, capitalization)
- Use official versions of registration documents (download from government portals, not photocopies of photocopies)
- Blurred, cropped, or mismatched documents are the #1 cause of review rejection
