Listing Products & Brand Authorization
From product upload to brand verification — everything you need to start selling.
After your store is approved, you have 30 days to publish your first product (this is a hard rule — failure to do so results in store closure). List quickly — within 5 days of approval — and your product listing cap is raised to 3,000 SKUs. Here's how to list efficiently and get approved fast.
Product Listing — 3 Ways
- Seller Workstation (Manual) Use the platform UI: Product Management → Publish Product. Fill in product info, attributes, SKU, pricing, and shipping template. Required fields are marked with *.
- Excel Batch Upload Product Management → Batch Tools. Download the latest template, fill in your products, and upload. Best for sellers with 50+ SKUs.
- ERP Integration The platform supports 20+ commercial ERP systems (Dianxiaomi, Mabang, ECCANG, and others). If you use a custom ERP, the platform provides API documentation.
Brand Authorization Requirements
- Your company owns the brand Submit your trademark registration certificate (an R-mark is required for overseas brands).
- You're an authorized distributor Provide a complete authorization chain: purchase contracts, payment vouchers, brand authorization letter, purchase invoices, and customs declarations.
- International high-risk brands (e.g. Nike, Apple) Contact the platform industry manager directly — these are by-invitation only.
Category Permissions
- Some categories (e.g. health supplements) require special permission applications
- Submit category applications through the Special Category Application page
- Brand category permissions: up to 300 leaf categories per submission
- Categories must match your purchase / authorization credentials — mismatches lead to rejection
Listing Approval Process
- Step 1: Information review — checks the completeness of product info
- Step 2: Price review — ensures pricing aligns with market norms
- Step 3: Compliance review — verifies qualifications match destination-country requirements
- Approval typically takes 3-5 business days for brand authorization; product listing is usually faster
Pre-Listing Checklist:
- Product photos (high resolution, white background recommended)
- Product attributes (size, color, material, etc.)
- SKU pricing in ILS
- Shipping template (configured with your warehouse address)
- Brand authorization documents (if applicable)
